TESTIMONIALS 〰️

I recently completed their 200 Hour Yoga Teacher Training through Brave School of Yoga and learned a ton! It was a great balance of yoga philosophy and in-person teaching practice. We learned about yoga posture cues and how to teach a full class. I completed the training feeling more knowledgeable about yoga overall and confident in teaching.
— LINDSAY B.
I completed my 200-hour YTT here and absolutely loved every moment—such a transformative journey! I highly recommend this studio to anyone looking for high-quality yoga teaching and a welcoming, supportive community.
