Weighted Yoga

Weighted Yoga combines cardio, and weights to a traditional yoga flow in our infrared heated studio (90-95 degrees). Come sweat, build muscle, and exercise your mental and emotional focus. Weighted Yoga is created to strengthen your body while strengthening and challenging your mind.

Slow Flow

Slow Flow Yoga combines postures and breath, facilitating the calming of the mind while stretching and building muscle in a warm infrared heated studio (80-85 degrees). Come relax from your stressful day.

Brave Vinyasa Flow

Brave Vinyasa Flow is designed to align your mind, body, and spirit in a infrared heated studio (90-95 degrees). This traditional Vinyasa class will flow through postures and breath work while building flexibility, toning muscles, and detoxifying your organs. Tap into your Brave self!

Express Brave Flow

All the goodness of our Brave Vinyasa Flow but only 45 min. Get in, sweat it out, and leave ready to conquer the rest of your day feeling Brave!


Relax & Restore

Relax & Restore is the ultimate stretch and relaxation. This Yin inspired practice incorporates stretching and the use of meditative breath to hold postures 3-5 min. This class targets breaking down fascia which in turn increases circulation into the joints, promoting flexibility. Taught at room temp, Relax & Restore focuses on awareness of inner silence and mindfulness of the body.

  • This class is suitable for any level and athletes.

What to expect:

  • ALL levels, body types, and kind humans welcome!

  • We offer modifications for all classes to be accessible for all body’s

  • We recommend you book a class prior, walk-ins are accepted when space is available

  • Bring a mat, water, and a hand towel (mats available for rent & purchase)

  • Our studio is heated my infrared heat up from 80-95 degrees (depending on class)

  • Room is low light/Candlelit

  • Natural Essential Oils are diffused and offered during hands-on adjustments (You may opt-out)

  • Please refrain from wearing heavy scents

  • Please arrive with plenty of time to find parking and space, as our doors close when class begins. No late entry.

  • Students must be 16+ to practice Yoga. Ages 16-17 must have waiver signed by guardian before practicing.
