What is the difference between Life Coaching and Psychotherapy?
Psychotherapy focuses on mental health symptoms such as anxiety and depression for emotional regulation and healing, while life coaching focuses on setting and achieving goals.
What is Holistic Psychotherapy?
Holistic Psychotherapy takes the whole human into account. We will look at mind, body, and spirit to find ways to help you achieve your healing goals. Some examples of a holistic approach incorporated into traditional talk therapy are guided meditations, breathwork, and looking at nutrition and exercise levels.
Do you offer a free consult?
The first session is not free. It's an intake session that is 60 minutes long to get to know new clients and begin to assess mental health needs. You can get to know us before a session by checking therapist/life coach bios and social media pages. We do offer a free 10-minute consult by phone and can be requested by email or phone call.
Do Therapy clients have to take studio classes?
No. Studio classes are an additional resource for clients and non-clients alike. They can be a supplement to therapy as recommended by your therapist.
What should I bring to Therapy/Coaching?
Come comfortably dressed, with a journal to jot down thought process or homework.
