Come experience the benefits of a Yin yoga practice while you receive healing from the universe.

This unique event is led by two experienced yoga teachers and Reiki Master/ practitioner. We will provide you a grounding, safe space and individual support for you to heal your physical and emotional body from inside. While you are in Yin yoga practice, you'll receive Reiki healing at the same time.

Yin yoga improves energy flow and enhances the Chi in the Organs. The practice offers great benefits for your mental health.
Reiki is an ancient Japanese healing technique. Healers will place their hands on/over the receiver's body and send healing energy from the universe.

All levels are welcome to join! Yoga mats provided.
