Community Circles are a safe space for those who want to do the “deeper work.” A space for them to dive into healing, vulnerability, and rawness. Even though the work may scare them, they know that they want to be seen, heal, and be held in community through this process knowing they are BRAVE!

In this month’s circle, we will explore the “Courage to Heal.” Through the guidance of your facilitators, hold space for the version of yourself you're wanting to become and the parts of yourself you're needing to visit in order to release what's keeping you stuck.
Guided by a licensed therapist and certified coach, these circles help you get present with yourself, move through whatever is coming up for you and reduce your stress, anxiety/depression symptoms. It’s not a quick fix or shiny workshop, it’s deep work and healing overtime, and we are ready to support you through that process!
Here is what is will look like: First we move the energy though our body and get present with ourselves through movement and/or meditation. Next, we reflect on a theme or quote, then we move into partner shares and community group share. We end with love, support and feeling held by the community you just cultivated.
We want you to feel connected to yourself and those around you at a deeper level and leave feeling like you can grab coffee with your new bestie that you met at the circle.
