Lindsay Marvin

Weighted Yoga Sculpt Instructor

Lindsay’s yoga journey began in 2010, while living in Boston, MA. After struggling with lower back pain, her Zumba instructor convinced her to give yoga a try. Noticing not only an immediate improvement in her back pain and other physical pain, but also the unexpected improvements in her mental health, she was sold!

Lindsay discovered Yoga Sculpt after moving to San Diego in January 2016. She found that Sculpt combined all of the things she loved; yoga, squats and great music! Having an athletic background playing basketball, running track and kickboxing, Lindsay always knew she wanted to be a part of the fitness industry.

Lindsay completed her Yoga Sculpt training in the summer of 2016 and taught for two years before joining BRAVE when it opened in 2019. Lindsay has lived all over the U.S. (Austin, TX, Tucson, AZ and Boston, MA), but now calls San Diego home with her husband and two dogs. Lindsay enjoys getting to know her students and building her classes around her student’s needs, both physically and mentally. Whether you’re here for physical health, mental health or just the upbeat music, Lindsay’s excited to work with you!
