This year we celebrate at Helix Brewing Co in La Mesa. Doors open for mingling at 10am, followed by a 45 minute Slow Flow Yoga class at 10:15 am. Post yoga, hang out to celebrate with beer and dessert! Food truck will be available for purchase.
This is a FREE event, must be at least 21 years of age to receive a beer ticket.
