Join is in an evening of building awareness of our fears, uncovering the roots, and confronting our fears through community journaling and yoga inversions. Led my Licensed Psychotherapist, Denise Alba & Yoga Educator, Yukari Allen, learn ways to lean into that fear and utilize it as your superpower. When we practice inversions like headstands and shoulder stands, we confront our fears head-on, cultivating courage and resilience as we learn to trust our own strength and balance. In this circle, we will create a safe and supportive space for you to explore and share vulnerabilities and fears, fostering a sense of community and understanding. By combining the physical and emotional aspects of fear through conversation & yoga inversions, we are empowered to face our fears with bravery.
